**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Handling office cleaning and maintenance (tables, desks, and pantry).
- Assisting in photocopying, filing, and document delivery within office departments.
- Depositing or collecting documents from vendors, banks, or other offices.
- Keeping stock of office supplies and informing the admin for replenishment.
- Helping in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
- Running office errands as required.
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the pantry and work areas.
- Supporting other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience in office assistance or peon role is preferred.
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Courteous, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Physically fit and presentable.

**Working Hours**:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Salary**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
