**Job Summary**:
The Ecommerce Executive plays a key role in driving the company’s online sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience across ecommerce platforms. The role involves managing product listings, coordinating online promotions, optimizing the user experience, and tracking sales performance. The Ecommerce Executive works closely with marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure that ecommerce operations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Product Management**:

- Manage and update product listings on the company’s ecommerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
- Ensure that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and informative product pages.

**2. Website Optimization & User Experience**:

- Ensure the company’s ecommerce platform is user-friendly and optimized for easy navigation, mobile responsiveness, and fast loading times.
- Monitor website performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in terms of design, usability, and technical functionality.
- Work with the web development team to resolve any technical issues and implement necessary updates to enhance the user experience.

**3. Sales & Promotions Management**:

- Coordinate and execute online promotional campaigns, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, increase average order value, and reduce cart abandonment.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to recommend adjustments to product pricing, promotions, or sales strategies.

**4. Ecommerce Platform Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth processing of orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that product availability is reflected accurately on the website.
- Work with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and shipping providers to ensure timely delivery and smooth transaction processing.

**5. SEO & Digital Marketing Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for products and the website.
- Analyze traffic, sales, and conversion data using tools like Google Analytics, and recommend actions to improve website performance.

**6. Customer Service Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to online orders, product inquiries, or delivery concerns.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Address customer complaints related to ecommerce and ensure timely resolution.

**7. Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, sales, conversion rates, and cart abandonment rates.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to management.
- Use data analytics tools to understand customer behavior, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.

**8. Competitor & Market Analysis**:

- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and product offerings.
- Make recommendations for pricing strategies and product assortment based on competitor insights and customer demand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging ecommerce technologies to keep the business competitive.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within a retail or online business.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO principles, and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web design principles is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage product content and coordinate with teams.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
