**Working Days:

- 5.5 Days (Rotational Shift)**

**Shift timing:

- (1pm to 10pm) (10pm to 7am)**

**Role tasks**
- Connecting and meeting new people using company leads
- Looking for Sales and Care opportunities in every meeting
- Identifying people's best needs and suggesting solutions basis their needs
- Good knowledge of relationships and their life cycle
- Able to pitch products and services and per client and business needs
- Data sourcing and data managements using google sheets and reports as per business requirements
- Well versant with Google sheets excel etc to create reports
- Well versant with PowerPoint, usage of computers, zoom meet, Google meet etc
- Sales meeting-knows how to conduct ,research and prepare for meetings video calls and in person meetings
- Having effective sales meetings using calendar invites and understating step by step process as per company policies
- Able to create sales presentations
- Able to find rishtas basis Using ASK and opening preferences of clients as per matrimony trends
- Sales conversation and conversion
- able to talk and create win -win negotiations with clients
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
