Job Responsibilities

100 Machinery Factory:

- Handling all types of production issues, section by section coordination, and especially focusing on the stitching and finishing section.
- Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks and quality problems. And troubleshoot them.
- To lead the whole production and manufacturing process.
- Day-to-day production plan to meet customer delivery date, implement and focus on customer requirements.
- Production planning for the lines (manpower, machine and styles)
- Giving instruction to the line supervisors
- Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement
- Analysis of quality data
- Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team, planning, IE (Industrial Engineering) team)
- Taking main role in PP (Pre-Production) meeting
- Planning for Overtime work
- Deciding rate for piece rate employees (sewing, thread cutting, pressing etc.)
- You will also be responsible for any other relevant work as assigned by the management from time to time.
