Client Servicing opening with Route of Pie (Digital Agency) in Marathon Icon, Lower Parel.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 0-1 Years
- Relevant Experience: Client Account Management, Client Servicing, Relationship Management

**PRIMARY ROLES**:

- Manage Client Relationship
- Co-ordinate with Client-side Teams and Personnel
- Understand the Client Marketing & Project Requirements
- Plan Campaign, Content & Social Media Calendar & Roadmaps
- Prepare brief for team Route of Pie
- Manage Photography & Videography Production Teams & Process
- Conduct Daily, Weekly and Monthly Work Allocations for the Teams
- Conduct Project Tracking, Project Management Tasks & Marketing Assets Release
- Ensure Delivery Quality and Timelines

**SECONDARY ROLES**:

- Prepare and maintain proper documentation
- Co-ordinate with and monitor delivery of Route of Pie teams

**Requirements**:
PRIMARY SOFT SKILLS:

- Client Relationship Management
- Presentation skills

- Planning, Teamwork, Team Management & Reporting skills
- Time Management skills

PRIMARY TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Microsoft Planner / Jira / Any Project Management Platform,
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

SECONDARY TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- None

KNOWLEDGE:

- Creative thought process, Ability to meet deadlines, Work in a team environment.
