**Job Description: Home Automation Installation Technician**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Configuration**: Install and configure home automation products according to client specifications and project requirements.
- **Electrical Expertise**: Demonstrate proficiency in electrical engineering principles and terminology to ensure accurate installation and safe operation of devices.
- **Client Interaction**: Interact professionally with clients during product demonstrations and provide assistance over the phone for inquiries or technical support.
- **Project Management**: Oversee site work from project initiation to handover, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- **Transportation**: Preferred to have own conveyance for commuting to project sites and client locations.
- **Technical Support**: Collaborate with electricians and company technicians to troubleshoot problems remotely, addressing issues related to internet and networking connections as needed.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in home automation product installation and configuration.
- Background in electrical engineering or equivalent diploma.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and support.
- Ability to manage projects efficiently from inception to completion.
- Own conveyance preferred.
- Basic understanding of internet and networking connections for troubleshooting.
