Position Overview:
As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing website content and implementing strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute SEO initiatives aimed at increasing visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.
- Analyze keyword competitiveness and search volume to prioritize target keywords.
- Utilize keyword research tools to identify new opportunities and trends.
- On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and URLs, for targeted keywords.
- Improve website structure and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine crawlability.
- Implement best practices for internal linking and site architecture.
- Content Development and Optimization:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.
- Optimize existing content for search engines by updating meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and relevant to target audiences.
- Technical SEO:
- Audit website performance and identify technical issues affecting SEO, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and resolve issues.
- Monitor website health and performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Link Building and Off-Page Optimization:
- Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Identify opportunities for guest blogging, influencer outreach, and partnerships to enhance off-page SEO.
- Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links to maintain a healthy link profile.
- SEO Reporting and Analysis:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports to communicate SEO performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and make data-driven recommendations to optimize SEO strategies.
- Stay Updated on SEO Trends and Best Practices:
- Keep abreast of industry developments, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve SEO performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for digital marketing and SEO.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
