**Position Overview**: The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best solutions that align with our offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage sales cycles efficiently.

**Location**: Plot 21, Iksana Building, IT Park Shastradhara road, Dehradun

**Key Responsibilities**:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, assess potential customers' needs, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively answer questions and offer tailored solutions.

Guide inbound leads through the sales process, from initial interest to closing the sale.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.

Meet or exceed individual and team/ sales goals and KPIs, including conversion rates, call volume, and revenue targets.

Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in an inbound sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
