**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for international markets, targeting diverse audiences.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing terms for various industries and regions.
- **Ad Creation**: Write compelling ad copy and create engaging display and video ads tailored to specific markets.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS, to ensure effectiveness.
- **Strategy Adjustment**: Adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements to enhance performance.
- **A/B Testing**: Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and strategies to maximize outcomes.
- **Reporting**: Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in multiple international markets.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of Google Ads tools and features, including Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and conversion tracking.
- **Track Record**: Proven track record of increasing conversions and ROI through PPC campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**: Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- **Certifications**: Google Ads Certification is highly desirable.
- **Additional Experience**: Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
