Assistant Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other related documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- **GST Returns**:
- Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate recording of GST transactions.
- Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations.
- **Invoicing**:
- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to billing.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of bank statements and company records.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and general ledger.
- **Statements**:
- Prepare and distribute customer statements of account.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Order Management**:
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to track order status and resolve any issues.
- **Customer Handling**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to accounts, orders, and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Other Duties**:
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software e.g., Tally Prime, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with GST regulations and filing procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of agriculture implement industry practices.
