**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs.
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person.
- **Sales**:
- Actively promote products to increase store sales.
- Upsell or recommend complementary products.
- Achieve daily or monthly sales targets.
- **Product Handling**:
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are neat and organized.
- Tag and label merchandise.
- Check for damaged or expired products and remove them as necessary.
- **Billing and Payments**:
- Operate the cash register or POS system.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
- Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges per store policy.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Assist in stock counting and inventory control.
- Report low stock levels to the manager.
- **Store Maintenance**:
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work with other staff to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in staff meetings and training.
