- Job Responsibilities 1. The role is responsible for all MIS (Daily+J1/ weekly/ monthly) to
state S&D team
2. The role is also responsible to plan area wise/. channel wise Sales
target for all products
3. The role is responsible to build and balance distribution network,
Relationship management, Performance management of ARD, Compliance and
Processes, Target setting, Training and Capability Building
4. The role is responsible for achieving the set order booking/ revenue
targets for the vertical in the region by effectively handling key
accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom+J1
requirements across all data & voice solutions
5. The role is also responsible for identifying & developing new leads
from new/existing accounts,coordinating first kick-off meetings,
reviewing customer requirements, identifying Company capabilities for
designing resolutions, ensuring preparation of RFS and project take-off.
6. Further,the role handles day-to-day customer management operations
and provides timely resolution for customer issues and complaints
7. The role is required to regularly interface with the client and take
account of any changes in customer needs
8. The role is responsible for practicing effective relationship
management, especially for clients requiring data solutions,to nurture
associations
9. The role is responsible to forecast industry numbers for different
businesses that organization will participate with help of industry
report and other data analysis
10. The role is also responsible to prepare standard annual operating
plans for ales in different businesses that organization is involved
- Education Requirement 1. Any graduation
2. MBA
- Experience Requirement Minimum 3 Years - Maximum 7 Years
- Skills & Competencies 1. Excel expertise,self-driven
2. Analytical and result orientation
3. Relationship management
4. Networking skills, business,industry and competition knowledge
5. Decision making skills
