**Responsibilities**

Create plan and database of target segments and prospect customers by sourcing from various data sources on the web.

Tele calling on the database to pitch products and generate leads/meetings for the sales team.

Followup on the generated meetings of prospect customers till closures.

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

Use scripts to provide information about product’s features and present their benefits

Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s business and software requirements

Record the customer’s personal and business information accurately in a CRM software

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information in the CRM for future use.

**Requirements and skills**

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in English & Hindi

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with queries and objections.

Persistent and results-oriented

Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Graduate in Commerce or any stream.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
