**Preschool Teacher (NTT / NTC / D.Ed)**

We aim to create a space where children from ages 2-6 years old can explore, learn, and grow through play-based learning and creative activities.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and Deliver Curriculum**: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the preschool curriculum. Facilitate interactive learning activities to foster the development of children’s cognitive, motor, and social skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive, well-organized, and safe learning environment. Manage classroom behavior and ensure children are engaged and involved in learning activities.
- **Child Development Monitoring**: Regularly assess the developmental progress of each child and provide feedback to parents. Keep records of children’s progress in various areas, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain positive communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress, activities, and any concerns.
- **Safety and Well-being**: Ensure the physical safety and emotional well-being of all children in your care. Follow all safety protocols and procedures within the preschool.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive, cohesive learning environment. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student assessments.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Must have a valid NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), NTC (Nursery Teacher Certificate), or D.Ed (Diploma in Education).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to create a warm and inviting classroom atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
- **Certifications**:

- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
- **Personal Qualities**:

- A passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
