**Job Title**: PU Foam Lab Assistant (Foam Industry Experience Required)

**Location**: Greater Noida U.P.

**Department**: R&D / Quality Control / Manufacturing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in PU foam development, including formulation, mixing, and curing
Perform physical and chemical property tests (e.g., density, hardness, tensile, compression set)
Operate lab equipment: viscometers, foaming machines, ovens, mixing tanks
Record test data and observations accurately in lab records
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lab as per chemical safety protocols
Support production teams with technical foam-related insights
Conduct root cause analysis for foam quality issues under supervision
Monitor and manage raw materials, chemicals, and lab supplies inventory

**Requirements**:
Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a PU foam manufacturing lab
Practical knowledge of foam types (flexible, rigid, HR, memory foam)
Familiar with quality systems, documentation, and test procedures
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strict adherence to lab safety and hygiene standards

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with ISO/ASTM testing standards
Knowledge of TDI/MDI-based foam chemistry
Familiarity with production trials and pilot-scale equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
