**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**A. Automation Product Programming**
- Engage with clients to understand automation requirements and provide appropriate solutions from Selec’s product range.
- Develop PLC and HMI programs aligned with client specifications.
- Perform on-field testing and troubleshoot any system faults.
- Supervise installations and guide technicians at client sites.
- Deliver product and technical training to clients, distributors, and team members across India.

**B. Revenue Management**
- Focus on achieving a programming and service revenue target of 3 lakhs annually within the assigned region.
- Maintain ownership of 25 customers for automation solutions and technical support.

**C. Customer Management & Satisfaction**
- Foster a customer-centric approach to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Arrange business meetings and actively cross-sell Selec products.
- Address client needs promptly with support from headquarters as needed.

**D. Compliance & Reporting Expectations**
- Utilize CRM for strategic planning and customer management.
- Publish monthly reports comparing plans and actuals.
- Maintain an opportunity pipeline in CRM.
- Adhere to CRM compliance for self and the team.
- Meet regional business targets and mentor junior team members.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

Pay: ₹11,789.32 - ₹42,537.73 per month
