**Job Responsibilities:

1. To perform the analysis of various water samples, raw materials / packaging materials and finished products.

2. To participate in Analytical method transfers, equipment cleaning validation, process validations.

3. To follow the QC SOPs and procedures in strict adherence to cGMP.

4. To follow systems and procedures (SOPs) for conducting QC functions as per the

requirements.

5. To ensure that all the equipment and instruments are in validated and calibrated state.

6. To intimate the deviations, Incidents and OOS results and to take remedial measures.

7. To participate in change control process as and when required.

8. Preparation of specifications, Method of analysis and calculation work sheets for all Raw materials and finished products.

9. Preparation of SOPs and GTPs.

10. Daily Monitoring of Temperature & their Records.

11. Participate On time investigations including raising extensions prior to the due date if required.

12. Maintain General cleanliness of Laboratory.
