**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine precise measurements and fitting requirements.
- Measure and mark metal components accurately to prepare for cutting, welding, and assembly.
- Use various tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and marking tools, to achieve precise measurements and markings.
- Fit and assemble metal parts and structures according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members, including welders, grinders, and drillers, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of fitting and marking tools and equipment.
- Document and report any issues or discrepancies in the fitting and marking process.
- Continuously improve fitting and marking skills and knowledge through training and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fitting or machining preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a fitter marker in a fabrication unit.
- Proficient in using various fitting and marking tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of fitting and marking standards, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in fitting and marking operations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
