- Solution Design and Architecture:

- Architect, design, and implement scalable and resilient AWS solutions tailored to the needs of the Tiger Team.
- Utilize your expertise in Ansible/Ansible AWX/Tower architecture and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, CDK, and Terraform to develop robust and efficient solutions.
- Ensure the adherence to best practices for security, performance, reliability, and cost optimization in AWS architectures.
- Automation and Configuration Management:

- Utilize Ansible and Ansible AWX/Tower to automate deployment, configuration, and management tasks for AWS infrastructure resources.
- Design and develop Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules to streamline and standardize automation processes within the Tiger Team.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using CloudFormation, CDK, and Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources.
- Collaborative Problem Solving:

- Collaborate closely with the Tiger Team members, including developers, engineers, and data scientists, to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Work in cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and drive successful solution implementations.
- Participate in pair programming and knowledge sharing activities to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Technical Leadership and Mentoring:

- Provide technical leadership to the Tiger Team, sharing best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AWS best practices, architecture design, and automation techniques.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical capabilities within the Tiger Team.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation within the Tiger Team's AWS environment.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's solutions.
