**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Detect, document, and track bugs and issues.
- Work closely with the development team to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and design test strategies.
- Create and execute detailed test cases and scripts.
- Ensure that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Odoo's testing framework).
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Odoo testing: 3 years (preferred)
