**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with the target audience.
- **SEO & SEM**: Implement SEO best practices on the website and in all digital content to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic to the website.
- **Lead Generation**: Utilize digital marketing tools and strategies to generate qualified leads for fire and safety services, including through landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
- **Brand Development**: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels and work with the team to create a strong online presence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with overall company goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the safety, security, or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the fire and safety industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) for creating simple visuals.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
