Salem, India PST Engineering Construction Full time

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during the pre-construction phase.
- Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other documents.
- Manage and control project budgets, monitor cash flow and expenditure.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
- Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis to reduce costs and improve value.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate work done for payment certification.
- Prepare and agree on final accounts with all relevant parties.
- Ensure all financial matters are concluded accurately and fairly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,482.04 - ₹41,891.51 per month
