**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing all store and inventory operations related to printing and fabrication materials. This includes maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely material availability for production, monitoring inward and outward materials, and coordinating with the purchase and production departments to maintain a smooth workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- **Material Handling**:

- Monitor stock levels of raw materials such as acrylic sheets, vinyl, aluminum, MDF, paints, adhesives, and printing consumables.
- Issue materials to the fabrication and printing teams as per production requirements.
- Ensure safe handling and storage to prevent damage or wastage.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily inward/outward register, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and material issue slips.
- Update stock records in the ERP or manual logbook.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and submit them to management.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material procurement based on stock levels.
- Communicate with the Production Department for timely material supply.
- Work closely with Dispatch and Quality teams for finished goods movement.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
