**Job Description for Education Counselor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and enrolment processes.
- Identify students' goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure enrolment.
- Provide detailed information on courses, fees, and scholarships.
- Maintain records of student interactions in a CRM system.
- Meet enrolment targets and report progress to management.
- Represent the institution at fairs, seminars, and workshops.
- Organize orientation sessions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling or sales (freshers with strong skills welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
- Multilingual skills (preferred).
