**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
MrMed is looking for a Pharmacist to assist out customers in order fulfillment support over telephone/chat channels. As a Pharmacist you will be the brand ambassador of MrMed and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the single point of contact for order tracking and all sales support to customers on chat and call platforms.
- Identify and target potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand benefits and usage.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Educate customers about new products and promotions.
- Assist customers with the order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and effective resolution of their concerns.
- Demonstrate a temperament for handling customers with care and in a clear and convincing manner.

**Desired Profile**:

- B Pharm/D Pharm Graduate with 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent verbal skills in English
- Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Temperament for handling patients with care
