Public Relations Officer

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PRO - Sales & Marketing professional who will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing and on-ground sales activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote pathology services and packages to medical practitioners and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to generate business leads.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns.
- Ensure branding and visibility at partner locations.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market share.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with the lab team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B healthcare marketing or sales (pathology/pharma/diagnostics a plus).
- Strong networking skills and an existing network of healthcare contacts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
