**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **warm, empathetic, and proactive Telecaller** to join our communication and client engagement team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust, and helping them take the right steps in their journey with us. You’ll be the voice of IND—providing information, solving concerns, and guiding families towards the right services and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to provide information and support.
- Understand each parent’s concern and guide them empathetically toward relevant services or next steps.
- Follow up with families who attended consultations to understand their experience and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the clinical and CRM teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Support registration for webinars, bootcamps, and other programs.
- Handle queries received via calls, WhatsApp, and messages with clarity and compassion.
- Meet weekly engagement and conversion targets where applicable.

**Who Should Apply**:

- Prior experience in **telecalling, client servicing, or counselling support** preferred (especially in healthcare, education, or hospitality sectors).
- **Strong verbal communication** in **Bengali, Hindi, and English** is essential.
- Must be **empathetic, a good listener, and people-friendly**.
- Should be able to **understand and explain** our offerings clearly and confidently.
- Basic computer and mobile app usage skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools).
- Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a meaningful mission.
