We are looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Tele Counsellors to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to students, generating leads, and guiding them toward enrolling in our aviation and hospitality courses. You will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their career aspirations in the exciting world of travel and tourism.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to students to promote aviation and hospitality courses.

Understand student interests and needs through effective communication.

Brief students about various courses offered by Institute and their potential career benefits.

Invite students to attend free career counseling sessions at our institutes.

Follow up with students in a timely manner to discuss their interests and address any concerns.

Generate leads and contribute to achieving team targets.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admissions process.

**Requirements**:
Graduate or Under Graduate (Minimum: 12th Pass out with result in hand).

6 months to 8 years of experience in Outbound Telecalling, Tele Sales, or Lead Generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi.

Strong persuasion and convincing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Age: 18 - 34 years.

Gender: Male/Female.

Compensation & Benefits:
Attractive CTC of Rs. 21,000 per month. (for experience) & 19k CTC per month for fresher

6-day working week (Monday - Saturday) with fixed Sunday off.

Office hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
