**Job Title**: 3D Designer

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed and accurate 3D designs and visualizations for commercial office spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to develop design concepts.
- Prepare high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs using **3Ds Max**, **Vray**, **Google SketchUp**, and **AutoCAD**.
- Interpret and transform 2D layouts into 3D visual presentations.
- Ensure designs align with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Work closely with the execution team to ensure seamless implementation of designs on-site.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior designing, specifically for **commercial office spaces**.
- Proficiency in **3Ds Max**, **Vray**, **Google SketchUp**, and **AutoCAD** is a must.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial office space designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong visualization and spatial design skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
