Our solutions include an all-in-one Practice management, Electronic Health Records, and Revenue Cycle Management software together with a Managed Billing Service and software department. We are looking for an experienced “AR Caller” to join our Medical Billing team in India.

: 15 days or immediate

Role
: Permanent position( someone who is passionate to work for a longer run with the company)

**Key Skills Required**:
The User is accountable to manage day to day activities of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/AR Calling
- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in the US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
- Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) to payment of their outstanding claims
- To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear
- Follow the quality guidelines and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies
- Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
- Update Production logs
- Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures
- Meeting daily/weekly and monthly targets set for an individual

**Desired Profile**:

- Graduate in Science or Arts
- Should be willing to work in US Shift
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process
- Should have 6 months to 2 yrs of AR calling Experience
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage work queue
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min
