Please find below the job description:

- Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Conducting business processes and controls reviews, including control assurance reporting to identifying gaps, assessing risks and providing recommendations for remediation.
- Perform walk-through of Business, identify key controls and tailor audit procedures to evaluate the design and validate operating effectiveness of internal controls in various business processes.
- Review and recommend practical business process improvements to address control gaps and to enhance efficiency where possible.
- Draft findings in report deliverables with clear and concise business writing abilities.
- Perform and documents SOX walk throughs and testing in accordance with the Company’s frameworks
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

Preferred Skills:

- Graduate with good experience of Internal Audit & System setting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of internal audit experience and Big 4’s Firm Internal Audit experience will be a value add.
- Good understanding and interest in the asset management, Risk Assessment Procedures, Risk and control matrix (RACM), Audit Risk, IFCR (Internal Financial Control Over Reporting), CARO, Audit Report & SOXA.
- Auditing under the relevant frameworks
- Meticulous and attention to details, possessing an analytical and enquiring mind-set
- Professional, confident and highly motivated self-starter, with an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines,
- Positive attitude to learn and strong team player.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Possess strong values, personal integrity and emotional intelligence

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
