**Job Position: Supervisor - Contractual Manpower Sourcing**

**Job Location**:Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar District, Haryana.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Labor and Manpower Sourcing
- Identify, recruit, and manage labor requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Maintain a database of skilled and unskilled workers available in the local area.
- Develop a pipeline for manpower requirements based on project timelines.
- Source manpower data through local networks and employment exchange records.
- Represent the organization in local events and community meetings to establish a positive reputation.

**Database Management**:

- Create and update records of labor availability and profiles.
- Track recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Compliance & Reporting, Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on manpower sourcing activities to management.
- Conflict Resolution, Address and resolve labor-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Act as a liaison between management and labor teams.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in manpower sourcing, recruitment, or labor management.
- Strong network and public relations skills in the local community.
- Familiarity with employment exchange processes and local labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- P.G Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, MSW, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of the local labor market and workforce trends.

**Work Location**:

- Local area of operation with occasional travel as needed.
- Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
