**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all day-to-day plant operations.
- Handle key chemical plant processes including **reaction, distillation, and boiler operations**.
- Support the development and implementation of processes for **new chemical products**.
- Maintain accurate **logbook and documentation** as per SOP.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are met at all times.
- Manage raw material handling and ensure proper inventory usage.
- Coordinate with internal teams like dispatch, accounts, exports, and management.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and consultants (like GST consultant) when required.

- **Position Reporting Into This Role**: None (Individual Contributor Role)

**Required Skills**:Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of **organic chemistry** and **chlorination processes**.
- Hands-on experience in **reaction and distillation operations**.
- Understanding of **boiler systems** and general plant equipment.

Basic Skills:

- Able to **read, write, and understand English** (spoken fluency not mandatory).
- Familiar with **internet browsing** for plant-related searches.
- Must own and be able to use an **Android smartphone**.
