Costus Consultancy Services Private Limited is a reputable HR Solutions (Recruitment and Staffing) provider organization. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Graphics Designer (Photoshop & Illustrator) to join one of our client's team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create and design digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, logos, and more.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines.
- **Creative Conceptualization**: Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions.
- **Revisions**: Modify designs based on feedback to ensure final approval.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain a library of design assets and files for future use.
- **Trends & Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Strong expertise of 1-2 years in **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator**.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative projects in digital and print mediums.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Nashik, India.
- Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
