We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Executive (Only Females) to join our finance team at KABA EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED, Kolkata.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Conduct credit checks and analysis to assess the risk of potential customers.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and take necessary actions to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and send regular statements, reminders, and invoices to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring open lines of communication.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of credit management principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
