Title: Assistant Shift Incharge

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Management:

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Train and motivate sales team members to maximize their performance.
- Inventory Management:

- Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to replenish stock in a timely manner.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Customer Relations:

- Cultivate a welcoming and customer-centric environment in the store.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Gather customer insights to improve products and services and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Team Leadership:

- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure responsibilities are clear to each team member.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding sales, inventory management, and customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
