We are looking for the position of **Executive - Gold Loans (Branch Leading)** at the **Salem **location that one of our clients needs.

Job Role:

- Coordinate with branch sales term and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion.
- Tele
- calling/follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office
- Coordinate customer walk in branch. Explain products details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis
- Conduct self gold valuation and inform gold loan amount. Manage external gold valution process i.e. interacting with valuator making sure that the process is followed.
- Gold Appraiser
- Gold checking
- Gold Loan Operations

**Key Responsibities**:

- Sales process management in FMCG/Direct Sales company.
- Understanding of gold process, KYC Knowledge & Sales process
- Gold loan Sales process & BTL Marketing
- Process understanding, Understanding of the documentation required, Product/Competiton knowledge.

**Skills Required**:

- Graduate with Min. 2-4 Experience
- Experience in collection and auction will be preferred
- Min 2 years experience in gold Valuation at Gold Loan NBFCs.

**Report To: Branch Manager**

**Education**:Graduation in any stream/ Post Graduate

**Location: Salem, Harur, Marathandan, Thisayanvilai, & Villuppuram**

**Vertical**:Branch Leading

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
