Current job scope is 80% recruitment, 20% HR generalist. Future job scope will be 40% recruitment, 60% HR generalist
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Taking care of the joining formalities
- Documentation
- Issuing of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, etc
- Experience of generalist profile as well.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Master’s degree in the related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite.
- Should be able to join immediately / or max 1 week.
- Open to work in Hyderabad

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
