**Client Acquisition and Sales**: Generating leads, meeting with potential clients, presenting modular kitchen designs, and closing sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrating a strong understanding of modular kitchen components, materials, and design options.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding established sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any concerns.
- **Sales Process Management**: Managing the sales process from initial contact to final sale, including providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating installations.
- **Showroom Management (if applicable)**: Maintaining the showroom environment, ensuring product displays are attractive and informative.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related field like furniture, interiors, or construction.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with modular kitchen design, materials, and components.
- **CAD/Design Software Knowledge**: May require experience with CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar for creating and presenting designs.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- **Target-Oriented**: Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and goals.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team and collaborate with other departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
