**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain process documentation and materials.
- Maintain and update operational databases and systems.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting knowledge-share amongst team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**What You Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an operational support or client service-oriented role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-starter, must be able to own, manage, and complete tasks with mínimal instruction.
