- Responsible to perform activities comes under the IPQA.
- Maintaining the softcopies of scanned master Batch record folders for routine issuance activities.
- Preparation, Issuance and control of label for drug substances & drug intermediates.
- Generation and affixing of Approved and rejected labels on respective containers of drug substances, drug intermediates and Intermediates.
- Review of batch records, cleaning record, electronic data parameters in LIMS and associated batch related QMS status and closure of the batch record review observations before performing the batch release.
- To perform usage decision (Batch release) of approved batches of intermediates, drug substances & drug intermediates in LIMS and SAP.
- To provide line\equipment\area clearance prior to manufacturing, and packaging activity during Product change over and repacking/relabelling line clearance.
- To handle and ensure activities for rejected and in-process failed material as per defined procedure.
- To support repacking /relabelling activities.
- To follow & ensure the compliance of SOPs.
