**Responsibilities**:

- Teach foundation topics like principles of design, elements of design, memory drawing, typography, perspective, etc.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and other interactive sessions
- Mentor students and maintain high motivation levels
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements**:

- Master of Fine Arts (MFA) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from a reputed institution (e.g., Sir J. J. School of Art, Mumbai)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
