J&A Academy is seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Executive with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for our academy. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote our programs and services.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote J&A Academy's programs and services, targeting relevant audiences and segments.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Manage and optimize the academy's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.

Create engaging and compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.

Coordinate and execute marketing events, workshops, and promotions, both online and offline, to generate leads and drive enrollments.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or academy industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.

Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive attitude, with a creative and innovative mindset.

Familiarity with the education or academy industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
