Hi Young Scholars (YS College), one of the Leading Educational Group of Institutes is currently hiring Faculty for Mass Communication and Journalism. The responsibilities of a Lecturer in Mass Communication and Journalism faculty typically include:
Teaching: Lecturers are responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops on various topics related to mass communication and journalism. They develop course content, create lesson plans, and deliver engaging and informative lectures.

Research: Lecturers are expected to undertake research activities related to their area of expertise. This may involve conducting fieldwork, analyzing data, and writing research papers.

Curriculum Development: They are expected to assist in the development of curriculum and course materials, in collaboration with other faculty members.

Student Evaluation: Lecturers are responsible for assessing and evaluating the progress of their students. This includes grading assignments, exams, and other assessments.

Mentoring and Advising: They may be required to provide academic and career guidance to students. This may involve assisting students with course selection, career planning, and job search strategies.

Service: They are expected to engage in service to the institution and community. This may include serving on committees, participating in academic events, and contributing to community outreach programs.

Professional Development: Lecturers are expected to keep up-to-date with developments in their field, attend conferences and workshops, and participate in other professional development activities.
