We are seeking for **Social Media Marketing Associate**who will be responsible for managing and implementing social media marketing strategies, interact with the target audience, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and executing digital marketing campaigns. As well as responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, managing ads and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and technical expertise.

So, we need dynamic professional who is capable of creating, managing, monitoring and promoting our page in alignment with current marketing trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning and Execution**: Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **Content Development**: Create compelling and relevant content tailored to our target audience, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and objectives.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of social media marketing.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- **Optimizing Ad Performance**: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of advertisements, making data-driven adjustments to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- **Analyzing Social Media Trends**: Stay informed about the latest trends and features on social media platforms to leverage new opportunities for increasing post reach and engagement.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare detailed reports on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.

- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**: Understanding of SEO principles and SEM techniques to enhance online visibility.
- **Marketing Automation**: Familiarity with automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency (Buffer, Hootsuite, Tailwind, ZOHO Social etc.).
- **Project Management**: Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- **Platform Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their algorithms to optimize content reach.
