- Hires and onboards new medical staff.

- Oversees all financial operations and the budget.
- Provides or advises on patient care when necessary.
- Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and administrators.
- Designs continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. Ensures that all guidelines, regulations, and standards are met.

**Qualifications**
- MBBS degree is required.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- At least 8 years of management experience required.
- Must have an active medical license.
- Should know Malayalam
