**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of note on the steps / processes involved in each module / feature
Testing of the feature / module developed and providing feedback to the Tech team
Co-ordinating with PAN India team to address their queries regarding GTaxPro
Preparation/updation of the User Manual on a continuous basis
- **Desired Profile**:

- Education: CA/ LLB with relevant exposure in Indirect Tax (0-2 years of experience)
- Post-qualification experience in GST and Customs including FTP, Service Tax, Central Excise, VAT/ CST, regulatory compliances and litigations
- Working knowledge of GST Portal and Indirect Tax laws including FTP
- Client facing experience is preferred

**Skill Set**:

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Good people management skills
- Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other MS Office programs
