Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers to understand their needs, explain repairs, and provide exceptional service.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document repairs and parts information.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor parts inventory and inform management of status.
- **Staying Current**: Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates in the mobile device industry.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure high-quality repairs and refurbishment of devices.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance.
- **Learning**: Continuously learn and develop new skills in mobile device repair.

Skills Required:

- **Technical Skills**: Expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- **Troubleshooting**: Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively.
- **Record Keeping**: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- **Technical Training or Certification**:Formal training or certification in electronics or mobile device repair can be beneficial.
- **Relevant Experience**:Prior experience in electronics repair or customer service is often preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
