Production Supervisor

Supervising and overseeing the production line to ensure machinery runs smoothly and products meet established standards.
- Training and managing production personnel, including setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
- Collaborating with other department managers to synchronize production processes in alignment with broader operational goals.
- Ensuring strict health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times, promoting a safe workplace environment.
- Monitoring production data and implementing efficiency improvements to reduce costs and enhance output.
- Acting as a key point of communication between the production floor and upper management, providing regular reports on production status and challenges.

Pay: ₹8,885.13 - ₹34,384.14 per month
