**E-Commerce Store Management**:

- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on Josya’s website.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are updated for an engaging shopping experience.
- Implement strategies for improving website conversion rates and user engagement.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for improvements.

**Marketplace Management (Myntra, Nayka etc.)**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Josya’s product listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Coordinate inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms to maximize sales.
- Monitor seller account health, feedback, and reviews to maintain high ratings.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries in coordination with customer support.

**Order & Inventory Management**:

- Process and track orders across platforms, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient shipping and delivery.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, manage restocking, and prevent overselling.

**Digital Marketing & Sales Growth**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute SEO, paid ads, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute discount strategies, coupon codes, and seasonal promotions.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve product performance and pricing strategies.
- Optimize ad spend on marketplaces through PPC campaigns and sponsored ads.

**Customer Service & Engagement**:

- Address customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly.
- Improve customer experience by managing responses, feedback, and ratings.
- Work on strategies to enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases.

**Reports & Analytics**:

- Track daily sales, order trends, and customer insights.
- Generate reports on performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to optimize e-commerce strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
